These minutes were compiled by Mr. Kahl (and thus, are very brief!).

The meeting this month was in conjuction with the interest meeting for the trip to Chicago in May 2008. Thus, much of the business was quickly resolved to move into a discussion of the trip itself.

There were approximately 40 in attendance.

Reports were suspended.

Uniforms project was updated by Mr. Kahl. He has made contacts with Brian Jones of GCCS. We need to set a meeting with NW State Bank.

Thank yous were given for the marching band support, and the upcoming schedule was reviewed.

Junior Jackets will be sized and ordered by Nancy Richter.

Details of the Chicago trip were discussed by Greg Moore from New Horizons Tour and Travel.

The next meeting was set for November 13 because of election day on the 6th.

The meeting was adjourned.
