New Washington Middle/High School Band Booster Meeting

Attendance: 5 people present.
Treasurer’s Report: As of the last day of March there was $20,773.65 in the account. We still have change for the Jamboree and have not received the last coke bill. Accounts have been updated with estimated amounts.
Band pictures will be taken April 30th during school hours. They will be back on the band banquet night for proofs of pictures and to sell pictures to the families.
Marching band uniforms have been sent to the company and will be looked at soon by the company.
The lock-in has been scheduled for April 27th after the band concert. We will have use of the Auxiliary gym, music room and pool. We will use band booster funds to buy pizza for the students. The high school band students will bring in 2 liters for drinks. The boosters already have cups, plates and napkins.
Discount cards have been put on hold for now. We do not have enough businesses participating.
Guard season went well. Our troop finished 12th.
Concert uniforms – We will be checking on the guys uniforms. The girls are to be in all black, with hemlines below the knee.
There is a nomination committee for the selection of officers. If you know of anyone who would like to participate, please see a band booster officer and give him or her the name.
The meeting was adjourned. The next meeting will be May 7th.
