NEW WASHINGTON MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTER MEETING

Attendance: 4 people present
Treasurer’s Report was given. Mr. Kahl is working on additional scetches for the uniforms. He hopes to have a sample by December. Mr. Kahl will be contacting Brian Jones about the GCCS budget about new uniforms for our band. Currently, the athletics are owed $714.64 and will be paid soon. A new resolution needs to be signed for the bank.
Letters should be sent home concerning the next trip soon. (This would be a trip to Indianapolis and Chicago.) The letter will contain information about a meeting date to discuss this trip. It should be around the 18th of September and a deposit may be needed for the trip.
This weekend the Marching Band will perform in Indianapolis. Next weekend they will be at the IU football game. Then New Albany and Salem the following weeks.
If anyone would like a Marching Band Shirt, they are available for $9. Please see Mr. Kahl about sizes and availability.
